FAILED TRANSACTIONS

Duplicate Payment Made
If you accidentally made a double payment, contact us on WhatsApp immediately with screenshots of both transactions. We will review and return the duplicate amount to your account balance or via UPI reversal.

Payment to Wrong Number
If you deposited to a number not provided by your agent, contact us immediately. We will investigate. Recovery depends on the circumstances and cannot be guaranteed if funds went to an unaffiliated party.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Any unwagered balance in your Mahadev Book account can be withdrawn at any time. Our withdrawal policy:

REFUND PROCESS

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on Section 5 above, follow this process:

Take a clear screenshot of the UPI payment confirmation from your phone showing the amount, date, time and transaction ID. This is essential for any refund claim.

WhatsApp Within 24 Hours
Contact your designated agent on WhatsApp within 24 hours of the transaction. Share the payment screenshot and describe the issue clearly. Refund requests after 7 days cannot be processed.

Investigation (24–48 Hours)
Our team will investigate your claim. We will verify the transaction against our payment records. You may be asked for additional information to help resolve the query.

Resolution
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your Mahadev Book account balance or returned to your UPI within 48 working hours of approval. We will notify you on WhatsApp once resolved.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are committed to resolving all payment-related disputes fairly and transparently. For any refund or payment dispute:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp with your full transaction details and screenshot within 7 days of the issue
  • All disputes are reviewed by our team within 24–48 hours
  • We aim to resolve all payment disputes within 7 working days
  • Our decision on refund eligibility is final and based on our payment records and this policy
  • If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to your bank or UPI provider for transaction dispute
